In the event a user encounters technical glitches or issues while utilizing Star Wicket or its mobile application, hindering their participation or access to their accounts.
- Contest Abandonment
If Star Wicket cancels a contest for any reason, entry fees will be reimbursed provided the user contacts us within 48 hours of the transaction.
- Erroneous Contest Entry
Users who inadvertently join the wrong contest or select the incorrect team can request a refund before the contest entry deadline.
